Return and Refund Policy

At Car Part Junction, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized or special-order parts. Please contact our customer support team for more information.

Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at carpartjunction.help@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items returned without an RMA number may either be sent back to you, invalidating the return, or disposed of, making them no longer available. Therefore, please ensure you contact us to obtain an RMA number before returning any items.
  • Include the RMA number with your returned item to ensure proper processing.
  • Ship the item to the following address: Piccadilly Business Centre, Manchester, M12 6AE.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or special-order parts are non-refundable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Partial Refunds:

  • If an item is returned not in its original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial refund may be granted.
